No day is the same, I have been running since 2010 and I have crossed quite a lot of finish lines.
Though finish line is a measure that you have completed a run but there is more in the finish line that we should be thankful for, finishing a run without injury, beating your personal record, an accomplishment and beating the odds.
My latest run was the 38th Milo Marathon last Oct. 12 being able to run again in the 21K category was indeed an accomplishment.
My workmates also participated in the run.
The 21K runners -Randy, Glenn, Me, Richard and Ruben
Glenn Dico is the fastest from our group, followed by Ruben, of course me on the 3rd spot hahahaha

I love the clear-headed exhaustion that follows after a hard run, body aches but mind is miraculously clearer, it seems that you forget all life's worries.
One thing I like about running 21K is you burn at least 2,000 plus calories.
My 8 reasons why I run.
1. Running is a way to a healthy lifestyle.
2. Running helps you live longer.
3. Running makes you smart, though I have doubts....
4. Running keeps my belly flat... I am hoping...
5. Running allows me to eat lechon once a week, guaranteed.
6. Running keeps me happy... me always smiling in photos
7. Running has improved my sleep habits...taught me to wake up early.
8. Running clears my mind from worries...
See you at the finish line.... :-)
