Buho Rock, Poro



When in Camotes don't forget to drop by Buho Rock in Poro.

The coral rock formation thus called Buho Rock, a nice place for those who loves cliff diving this place is an alternative while in Camotes.
There are cottages where you can open your picnic baskets and enjoy the scenery.

How to get there.
1. From San Francisco ride a motorbike to Buho Rock in Poro, the ride will take around 10 minutes.

2. Pay entrance fee of Php 20.00




Bukilat Cave, Tudela, Camotes




When in Camotes don't forget to visit Bukilat Cave in Tudela.

During World War II the cave was used as a shelter of the locals from the Japanese. The cave was named after the founder Bukilat.

The entrance to the cave is a long staircase going down, just make sure to watch your head because of stalactites that hang from the ceiling.
At the bottom you get to enjoy a wide pool of cool water for you to swim and surely you will be amazed of the awesome rock formation.

How to get there.
1. From San Francisco, Camotes ride a motorbike to Tudela, it will take around 20 minutes to reach Bukilat cave, there is a big signboard on the road and you will not miss it.

Lake Danao, Camotes


When in Camotes Island don't for get to stop by Lake Danao a fresh water lake located in the northern part of Pacijan, the lake has an area of 680 ha.


How to get there.
1. From San Francisco, Camotes ride a motorbike to Lake Danao, the ride will take around 15 minutes.
2. Pay an entrance fee of Php 15.00 at the gate.


What to do there.
1. You can cruise the lake by riding the "sakanaw"
2. You can take a lot of selfie and jump shot photos. :-)




Tulang Diot, Camotes




When in Camotes Island don't forget to visit Tulang Diot, it is just a 10 minute boat ride from Tulang Dako which is part of Barangay Esperanza.
Tulang Diot is 1.5 kilometers in length and 500 meters in width.

How to get there.

1. From San Francisco, Camotes ride a motorbike to Tulang Dako in Barangay Esperanza it will take around 25 minutes to reach Tulang Dako.

2. From Tulang Dako you can ride a motorboat to cross to Tulang Diot, the boat ride will take around 10 minutes fare is Php 10.00 each

3. For added adventure you can rent a motorboat from Tulang Dako for Php 500 to circle Tulang Diot and see the beautiful rock formations of the island.

Tulang Diot white sand beach is worth it!
